Parliament will hear caretaker Prime Minister Dimitar Glavchev and caretaker Defence Minister Atanas Zapryanov about the agreement, discussed by the defence ministers of Bulgaria, Romania and Greece, called "military Schengen", regulating the passage of NATO military equipment and weapons through the country's territory towards Romania. This is the first item on Friday's agenda of the National Assembly. The request for the hearing was made by Vazrazhdane.  They also want to know whether there are any commitments made at the NATO summit in Washington by Bulgarian representatives.

Parliament considered the draft decision adopted Thursday by the Budget Committee, which obliges the Council of Ministers to immediately take the necessary actions to provide funds from the budget to assist people affected by the fires, and to provide the necessary funds and take the necessary actions to purchase aerial fire-fighting equipment for the Ministry of Interior's needs. At the committee meeting, Yordan Tsonev (MRF), who is also deputy chairman of the National Assembly, pointed out that by decision of the presiding body of Parliament, the MPs will consider the report of the Budget Committee.

With 201 votes in favour, Parliament unanimously adopted a decision obliging the government to take the necessary actions to provide funds from the budget to assist the victims of the fires.

The decision also stipulates that the Council of Ministers must inform the National Assembly on a weekly basis of the action taken.

Caretaker Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Lyudmila Petkova, as well as caretaker ministers Georgi Gvozdeykov, Nayden Todorov, Galin Tsokov, Galya Kondeva, Valentin Mundrov and Violeta Koritarova will take part in the regular Question Time on Friday.
