On Wednesday, the parliamentary group of "There is such a People" (TISP) responded to a letter sent by the Movement for Rights and Freedoms (MRF). TISP said that it would not support a government with the second mandate, TISP’s press centre reported. The party is convinced that only an expert cabinet, implemented with the third mandate and broad parliamentary support, can pull Bulgaria out of the political, social and economic crisis the country is in, the release said.
