Outgoing Defence Minister Dragomir Zakov commented on information released by the Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova that Russia is terminating the validity of the certificates issued to three aircraft repair enterprises - two in Bulgaria and one in the Czechia. "What happened with gas has now happened with helicopter licenses," said Zakov.
