President Plevneliev:"Bulgaria Helps Albania, We Are Ready to Deepen Cooperation in All Areas"

Sofia, October 7 (BTA) - "Bulgaria helps Albania, from now on, too, we are ready to deepen our cooperation in all possible areas," Bulgarian President Rosen Plevneliev said as he and visiting Albanian President Bujar Nishani opened a Bulgarian-Albanian business forum here on Wednesday.

"We will provide our expertise in connection with the EU pre-accession process," Plevneliev said, noting that Bulgaria is now a role model of proper and effective absorption of EU funds.

"Promoting trade and economic relations with the Balkan countries is crucial for Bulgaria. Bulgaria is a factor of stability in the Balkans," the head of State added, stressing that this country is in favour of active cooperation and of the Western Balkans' EU integration.
