Sofia, June 29 (BTA) - The business climate in Bulgaria improved
 in June 2020, compared with the previous month, the National
Statistical Institute reported on Monday.

The general business climate index rose by 11.4 points in June
2020 compared with May 2020 as a result of positive opinions
expressed by business owners in all sectors under review:
industry, construction, retail trade, and services.

The index component which describes the business climate in
industry rose by 9.7 points in June 2020 compared with May 2020
as a result of industrial entrepreneurs' more optimistic
expectations about the condition of their businesses in the next
 six months.

The index component which describes the business climate in
construction rose by 14.4 points, month on month, as
construction entrepreneurs became optimistic about the condition
 of their companies in the next six months.

The index component which describes the business climate in
retail trade went up by 15.8 points as retailers now have more
optimistic forecasts about the condition of their businesses in
the next six months.

The index component which describes the business climate in
services rose by 7 points as a result of more optimistic
expectations of business owners about the condition of their
enterprises in the next six months. NV/ZH
