Jeju City, South Korea, November 24 (BTA) - Bulgarian Stanimira
Petrova won the world title in the 54kg weight class at the
Women's World Amateur Boxing Championships in Jeju City, South
Korea.

She won the final bout with European champion Marzia Davide of
Italy 2-0. The Bulgarian fighter prevailed in three of the four
rounds of the match. LY/LN/
