Inquiry Committee
into Corpbank Case


Sofia, March 5 (BTA) - Parliament on Thursday voted 84-0 to
establish an inquiry committee to look into the actions of
oversight bodies in regard to the siphoning of Corporate
Commercial Bank (Corpbank) between 2009 and 2014. There were two
abstentions. The motion was submitted by MPs of various
parliamentary groups.

The committee will comprise representatives of all parliamentary
parties on a proportional basis.

On a proposal by Tsveta Karayancheva of GERB, MPs postponed the
vote on the committee's composition for next week.

Slavi Binev (Patriotic Front) said he expected concrete results
because the Bulgarian public needed to know the truth. LI/PP
