Socialist Leader Mikov Confers with Vietnam's Prime Minister

Sofia, June 6 (BTA) - Bulgarian Socialist Party (BSP) leader
Mihail Mikov conferred here on Saturday with Vietnam's Prime
Minister Nguyen Tan Dung, Mikov's part said in a press release.

"We are carefully monitoring your country's success under the
Communist Party of Vietnam's (CPV) leadership, including
economic, cultural, social and political," Mikov is quoted as
saying during the meeting.
 
The Vietnamese Prime Minister and a government  delegation led
by him are on an official visit to Bulgaria. On Friday Nguyen
Tan Dung conferred with his Bulgarian counterpart  Boyko
Borissov, with National Assembly Chair Tsetska Tsacheva  and
President Rosen Plevneliev.

Mikov is adamant that contacts between the two parties'
structures must be enhanced and new life must be given to the
good tradition in the relations between them.

Vietnam is happy that the ties and relations between the two
parties are developing, the guest noted, expressing gratitude
for BSP always supporting the CPV's positions and the wonderful
feelings they have for them.

Ngyen Tan Dung noted that his country counts on BSP's
cooperation and support for the development of bilateral
relations in all fields. Mikov added that Vietnam remembers and
is grateful to the Bulgarian people for the support during the
difficult times, as well as for the cooperation for integrating
the Vietnamese community which lives and studies in Bulgaria.
Vietnam's Prime Minister has invited Mikov to visit Vietnam.
