It is up to the President to decide to which formation he will hand the third government-forming mandate, said There Is Such a People (TISP) floor leader Toshko Yordanov in Parliament.

According to him, the central bodies of some parliamentary formations have decided against working with the Bulgarian Socialist Party. So, if attempts to form a government on the third mandate are serious, it should be handed to TISP, said Yordanov. "If it is handed to us, we'll invite everyone for talks, including the independent MPs," he assured. "You know who has a better chance to fulfil the mandate," he added.
