Bulgaria for Citizens Movement to Run within Reformist Bloc in Local Elections

Sofia, June 9 (BTA) - The Bulgaria for the Citizens movement
announced on Tuesday that it will run within the Reformist Bloc
in the local elections. The Movement's leadership has approved a
coalition agreement in keeping with a commitment made by the
Bloc's parties to participate together in a full cycle of
elections.

The Movement's leadership has nominated Bisser Manolov as
governor of the Bulgarian National Bank. Manolov has a master's
degree in investment management from Sofia's University of World
and National Economy. Between 2003 and 2011 he headed the
Bulgarian Deposit Insurance Fund. Since 2011 he has served on
the Fund's Management Board.
