Sofia, June 12 (BTA) - The opposition Bulgarian Socialist Party (BSP) will submit a motion of no confidence in the third cabinet of Prime Minister Boyko Borissov, in respect of security, BSP deputy floor leader Dragomir Stoynev said on Tuesday.

According to the BSP, the cabinet is not capable of guaranteeing people's security. Listing a series of failures of the Interior Ministry, Stoynev said that people do not feel safe in their own country.

The Socialists will also demand the resignation of Interior Minister Valentin Radev.

The motion is expected to be drawn up and submitted by the end of this week or next week.

The BSP will table the motion by itself, Stoynev said, adding that any political force which thinks that there is a problem with security in Bulgaria is "welcome to join the motion".

Approached to comment why not make the motion against the overall policy of the cabinet, Stoykov said that "there is not a single area in which the government is coping". "This cabinet in this make-up cannot continue its tenure," he said.

This will be the second no confidence vote against the third cabinet of Borissov. The first, and unsuccessful, motion was in January, over the government's failure in the fight against corruption.
