Cloudy along the Black sea coast, reduced visibility in the morning. Light east-southeasterly wind. Highs: 8-10C, sea water temperature 8-9C.

Cloud cover over the mountains, which will temporarily break around noon. Light snowfall in the evening in Southwestern Bulgaria. Moderate south-southwesterly wind. Highs: 4C at 1,200m, -1C at 2,000m.
