The Council of Ministers allocated BGN 1 million to finance the implementation in 2023 of a programme to support the organizations of the Bulgarian communities in Albania, Serbia, Kosovo, Ukraine and Moldova and of citizens of the Republic of North Macedonia with Bulgarian self-awareness.
