The Bulgarian People's School in Brussels, which will be inaugurated this autumn, has announced that it is putting together a children's group to be trained in Bulgarian folklore dance. The school says on its Facebook page that a group of 10 to 16 kids aged between 5 and 12 will be formed for practical training in folk dancing and theoretical lessons on the basics of Bulgarian folklore. Children who do not want to appear in public performances may also be signed up.

The Bulgarian People's School in Brussels will provide an opportunity for young expatriates to study Bulgarian folk dancing, singing, tales, traditions and customs. Courses on these subjects and in reading and retelling folk tales and performing in stage adaptations of them, will begin on September 23, the founders from the Bulgarian Cultural Association in Belgium wrote on Facebook.
