Conditions for hiking in the mountains are excellent on Tuesday. The weather is sunny and calm, in some parts there is light wind, the Mountain Rescue Service (PRS) of the Bulgarian Red Cross (BRC) told BTA.

In the Rila Mountain above 2,400 - 2,500 metres there is snow and this should be taken into account if visiting the higher part of the mountain, the MRS warned.

Resort facilities are not in operation.

No incidents with tourists have been recorded.
