Stiliana Nikolova won the bronze medal in the ball final and brought Bulgaria its first medal at the 2023 World Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships in Valencia, Spain.

The bronze medallist in the all-around in Sofia in 2022 was awarded 35.150 points (18.500 for difficulty, 8.400 for artistry, 8.250 for execution), which earned her the third position and the bronze.

Boryana Kalein was fourth with 33.800 points (17.000, 8.400, 8.400). The Bulgarian staff lodged a complaint about the difficulty score, which was rejected.
