The number of newly built residential buildings in Bulgaria was 1,289 in the first quarter of 2023, up by 18 or 1.4% from the same period of 2022, shows preliminary data released by the National Statistical Institute on Tuesday. The newly built dwellings in those buildings numbered 4,427, down by 153 or 3.3% year-on-year.
