The Energy Ministry will propose signing an agreement on delivery of seven cargo ships with liquefied natural gas (LNG) which will improve Bulgaria's energy security, outgoing Prime Minister Kiril Petkov said on Thursday before the start of the regular weekly meeting of the government.
