site.btaCroatian Literature Corner to Be Opened at National Library in Sofia

A Croatian literature corner will be opened in the Sts Cyril and Methodius National Library here on January 23, the Embassy of the Republic of Croatia in Bulgaria said Thursday.

According to Embassy, the book corner will feature Croatian books on the history, culture, traditions, fine arts and literature of that country. They were donated by the National and University Library in Zagreb and the Croatian Culture Ministry. 

This is the 26th in a series of literature corners of different countries, part of an initiative of the National Library in Sofia.

A Memorandum of Cooperation between the national libraries of Bulgaria and Croatia is to be signed during the event.
