site.btaSwiss Trumpeter Yannick Barman to Present New Album in Sofia

Swiss trumpeter Yannick Barman will be at the Sofia Live Club in the Bulgarian capital on November 28 to present an album of his own compositions called Sunset in The Alps, which has won the Asian equivalent of a Grammy award, the promoters said.

Vassil Spassov (piano), Hristo Minchev (bass) and Cyril Regamey (drums) will join Barman on stage. Regamey is Barman's longtime collaborator, with whom he established the group KiKu more than two years ago.

The promoters said: "This international project will highlight Barman's outstanding talent and his superb ability to blend acoustic and electronic sound in his interpretations. We will also be able to enjoy Vassil Spassov's musical inventions, augmented by the great mastery of Hristo Minchev and Cyril Regamey."
