Freddie De Tommaso, one of the most exciting stars of the contemporary opera scene, arrives here for the Under the Stars of Naples concert on November 18 in the first musical season of Most Voices. The concert is organized by SY11 Events.

The British-Italian singer is among the Royal Opera House's most distinguished tenors. He has performed on some of the world's most prestigious stages, including Teatro alla Scala, the Metropolitan Opera and the Vienna State Opera.

De Tommaso graduated from the Royal Academy of Music and subsequently the Opera Studio of Bayerische Staatsoper. When he was 23, he entered the 2018 Tenor Vinas International Singing Competition in Barcelona, where he won first prize, the Verdi Prize and the Domingo Prize.

De Tommaso's debut album Passione debuted at number 1 in the classical charts and won the BBC Music Magazine Award for Best Newcomer. In June 2022, his second album Il Tenore shot to number one in the charts as well, whilst his rendition of Nessun Dorma, featured on the album, reached over one million streams.

In the 2024-2025 season, the tenor will embody the role of Mario Cavaradossi in Puccini's Tosca.
