A forum on Francophonie, multilingualism, and cooperation in Europe will take place in Hall 6 of Bulgaria’s National Palace of Culture on Monday. The event will be opened by Vice President Iliana Iotova at 9:30 am.

The forum, which will be held under the auspices of the Vice President, is part of a project on training Francophone Europeans implemented by the Francophone University Agency at the initiative of France’s Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs.
