site.btaGolden Peach Festival to Take Place in Gavrailovo

The Golden Peach festival will take place in the village of Gavrailovo between July 25 and 27. During the event, which has become a tradition in the Sliven region, visitors from all over the country will have the opportunity to see exhibitions, participate in seminars, tastings and competitions, as well as share an evening with the singers and musicians of the Peach Valley.

The festival will be held under the patronage of the Agriculture Minister. It is organized by the Sliven Municipality, the Agriculture Ministry, the Sliven Municipal Council, the Gavrailovo Town Hall, the local Community Centre “Slance 1928”, the Fruit Growing Institute Plovdiv, the Bulgarian Peach Association and the National Agricultural Advisory Service.

The official opening is scheduled for July 27 at 10 am at the central square of the village.
