site.btaSwan Lake Opens Fourth Edition of Muses on the Water Summer Festival

Ballet Swan Lake by Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky will open on July 14 the fourth edition of the Muses on the Water Summer Festival on the stage of Lake Pancharevo near Sofia, the organizers from the Sofia Opera and Ballet announced.

The festival will continue until August 27. The forum is part of the 14th edition of the Opera in the Park festival under the patronage of Sofia Mayor Yordanka Fandakova.

The programme also includes the ballets Don Quixote, Carmina Burana, A Midsummer Night's Dream, Carmen Suite and Bolero, Richard Wagner's opera The Flying Dutchman and the musical Mamma Mia!.
