The Union of Bulgarian Journalists (UBJ) and All-China Journalist Association (ACJA) signed a memorandum establishing a Bulgarian-Chinese Media Centre, UBJ said on Friday. The headquarters of the centre will be at the International House of Journalists near Varna, but the establishment ceremony was held at the UBJ headquarters in Sofia.
