The mountains: cloudy and snowy in parts of Western Bulgaria, mostly sunny in the eastern parts of the Balkan Range, Strandzha, and Sakar mountains. Wind moderate, northwesterly. Highs: 0C at 1,200 m, minus 6C at 2,000 m.
