site.btaTransport Minister Makes Changes in Holding BDZ Management

Transport Minister Grozdan Karadjov has dismissed Georgi Drumev as director of Holding Bulgarian State Railways (Holding BDZ) and Yulia Varadinova-Milkova as a member of the Board of Directors, reported the press centre of the Ministry of Transport and Communications.

The order has been submitted to the Commercial Register.

With the same order, the Minister appointed Georgi Velkov to the board of directors as an independent member, as well as Kiril Kostadinov. The two will hold the positions until a competitive procedure is conducted. Of the previous three board members, only Lyuben Nanov remains in his position.

With another order, Karadjov dismissed Emilia Nikova and Vasko Balabanov as members of the management board of the National Railway Infrastructure Company and appointed Todor Vassilev and Yordan Varbanov in their place
