The Black Sea coast: Cloudy with rainfall and snowfall, rainfall in the south. Light to moderate east-northeasterly wind. Highs between 3C and 5C. Seawater temperature: about 6C. Sea waves: 3-4 degrees Douglas. 

The mountains: Cloudy with snowfall, heavy in the Eastern Balkan Mountains. In the mountains it will be cloudy with snow showers, heavy in the Eastern Balkan Mountains. Precipitation will gradually begin to stop from the west, and cloud will break over the mountain ranges in southwestern Bulgaria. Light south-southwesterly winds will blow, moderate west-northwesterly at higher elevations.
