GERB-UDF will not sign the declaration of Continue the Change - Democratic Bulgaria (CC-DB), GERB leader Boyko Borissov said in Targovishte (Northeastern Bulgaria) during a regional academy MGERB 4your region. Borissov spoke in response to CC-DB's request from parliamentary groups to sign a document to isolate Movement for Rights and Freedoms (MRF) - New Beginning leader Delyan Peevski.

According to Borissov, the CC-DB does not have a proposal for an equidistant from parliamentary forces prime minister or keeps it a "deep secret". In his opinion, they are ready for any alliances, if only things happen in their favour.

Borissov said that his party's "ideological battle" is with Vazrazhdane and not CC-DB.

He noted that two weeks after the elections, parties with 18 MPs, with as many votes as GERB obtained in Targovishte, come to the rostrum and start giving their opinion and believe that their opinion is the most correct, they speak on behalf of the people. "Who gave you this right", Borissov asked. He recalled that GERB-UDF has 69 MPs in the 51st National Assembly.

"We as a party need at least 77-78 MPs, then we will look for allies," Borissov said. He pointed out that Bulgaria is very dear to him and that what he sees at the moment does not appeal to anyone. Those who say that political parties like to have more caretaker government are right, Borissov said. Not taking responsibility, saying "it's not ours", only that nothing good is happening in the country, everything is going on inertia, he added.
