Bulgaria will host the World Aesthetic Group Gymnastics Championships at the end of 2025. The competition will take place from November 26 to 30 at the SamElyon complex in the town of Samokov.

In addition to the Women's World Championships, Samokov will also host the Juniors' World Championships, an international tournament and the 17th edition of the Academic Cup. The General Assembly of the International Federation of Aesthetic Group Gymnastics will also be held in the new complex.

On November 29 the women's qualification and the official opening will take place, and on 30 November are the finals and the gala.

The World Aesthetic Group Gymnastics Championships will be the most spectacular sporting event on the International Federation's calendar for 2025. The organizer and host is the Bulgarian Aesthetic Group Gymnastics Federation, licensed to the Ministry of Youth and Sports and a member of the International Federation. This event will bring together the best national and international gymnasts in a spectacular display of artistry, sporting excellence and dedication, aimed at empowering the next generation of sporting talent.

Bulgaria's national women's team will take part in a bid to claim a second world title after 2022. The National Juniors Team will defend their position in the top 3 of the world elite. Selected club teams from 18 cities across Bulgaria will be competing for the team title, while over 25 teams from across the country will compete in all other ages and disciplines.
