The Bulgarian Foreign Ministry has congratulated Radmila Shekerinska of North Macedonia on her appointment as NATO Deputy Secretary General of NATO on X. The Ministry wishes Shekerinska success in her future responsible role.

Also, the Ministry thanked Mircea Geoana, former NATO Deputy Secretary General, for his work.

On Tuesday, President Rumen Radev too congratulated Radmila Shekerinska on her new appointment. He expressed hope that she would contribute with her work to strengthening the collective defence and security of the Alliance.
