The leader of the Velichie [Grandeur] Party, Ivelin Mihaylov, told potential voters in Dobrich via a video call that one of his party's priorities is to repair the infrastructure.

Mihaylov said: "Years ago, we had a very well-organized infrastructure system, which a person could use to get to any place with hospitals and schools in it. People were not forced to cram into four big cities in Bulgaria."

According to Mihaylov, Dobrich's strategic location means that the city should not see its population decline. "Unfortunately, its population has shrunk threefold over the past 35 years," he said.

The leader of Velichie presented a 20-year development plan that included improving agriculture and healthcare, repairing the national railways, highways, waterways, and eliminating corruption and crime.
