There Is Such a People (TISP) top-of-the-list candidate in Montana Emil Trifonov and other list candidates met with residents in the town of Lom and the village of Belotintsi on Tuesday.

“The Northwestern Region is not the dumping ground of the state. It is the epitome of life in a large part of Bulgaria, thanks to the policies of the ruling parties until now, and this needs to change", Trifonov said.

The candidates presented some of the priorities of TISP, which include solving the demographic crisis and the problem of depopulation, revising the formula for determining the minimum wage, as well as the party's position against increasing taxes and insurances. 

The focus of the party is also on the improvement of the infrastructure in Northwestern Bulgaria, including the water supply and electricity transmission network in small settlements, garbage collection and others.
