site.btaBlue Bulgaria MP Candidate Points Out Management and Communication Chaos Regarding Green Transition

Haskovo top-of-the-list candidate, Tsveta Kirilova, of the Blue Bulgaria Coalition issued a position that there is a catastrophic management and communication chaos in public information on the subject of the European Green Deal and in regard to coal plants in Bulgaria. 

Kirilova pondedwd why some EU member states are rich and prosperous, while Bulgaria is on the decline. She stressed the importance of concrete political strategies, developing programmes and plans to improve the lives of citizens. "In Bulgaria, the problems are ignored, but we neither bother to analyze them properly and learn from our mistakes, nor do we make an effort to develop a long-term strategy for managing the country," she stated. 

Kirilova argued that for several years now, politicians and the media have been constantly focusing on  the Recovery and Resilience Plan, coal livelihoods, the future of those working in mining, the Maritsa East TPP, etc, but the more this is discussed the less informed the public seems to be.
