Speaking at the opening of the school year at Sofia's 35th Dobri Voynikov Secondary School on Monday, caretaker Prime Minister Dimitar Glavchev said this is a red-letter day for the whole of Bulgaria. He said he himself finished that school and thanked all teachers for making him what he is.
"I wish you to dream, laugh and, above all, be good people," Glavchev said.
