Speaking to reporters in Parliament here on Friday, Movement for Rights and Freedoms (MRF) Chair Delyan Peevski showed a photo of a man he claims is exerting pressure on the prime minister-designate in the process of forming the caretaker government on behalf of President Rumen Radev.

Peevski said: "This person, Aleksandar Neychev, this is the man who is in Parliament every day on behalf of Mr Cash, Radev. I am convinced that he has a direct phone line to the prime minister designate to exert pressure on the prime minister designate." The MRF leader stated about the man in the photo: "This is the other treasurer, who is the secret treasurer besides [President Radev's Home Policy Secretary Nikolai] Koprinkov, who collects Mr Cash's, Radev's bribes."

Peevski criticized Radev for being a "fake president" who is trying to appoint a government unconstitutionally. Peevski added that if the President wants to govern, then he should get in the political field, not try to appoint a government that would rig the upcoming elections on his behalf.

Asked about former chair of the Supervisory Board of the failed Corporate Commercial Bank (Corpbank), Tzvetan Vassilev, who on Thursday said that Petyo "the Euro" Petrov was the chief technical mastermind behind the hit on Corpbank in 2014, while Peevski himself was the "intellectual inspiration", Peevski said: "The pro-Russian proxies attacking me are over. Moscow shall not command Bulgaria."
