Three Members of State Consolidation Company Board of Directors Get Replaced

By a decision of the Economy and Industry Minister, three members of the Board of Directors of the State Consolidation Company (SCC) were replaced on Monday, the Ministry of Economy and Industry said in a press release Monday. The Economy Minister is the sole owner of the capital of SCC.

Stanimir Tsvetkov, Katerina Petrova and Mariana Ignatova were appointed to replace Elena Boltadzhieva, Teodora Stoyanova and Desislava Chalamova. Chalamova had asked to resign.

Two Board members remain: Konstantin Stoychev, which is also CEO, and Assen Nenchev. 

The SCC was set up to enable the state to consolidate businesses in which it holds a minority stake. It is the sole owner or majority shareholder in the capital of sixteen commercial companies with line of business as diverse as diary production, research and ammunition manufacture.
