site.btaSeven Political Parties Join The Left! Coalition for June 9 Elections

Seven new political formations have signed an agreement to join forces for the upcoming European and parliamentary elections, uniting in The Left! coalition, the coalition said in a press release on Friday. Representatives of its party members share a common understanding that left parties in Bulgaria need to unite in order to change the way this country is governed.

Members of the coalition are Green Party of Bulgaria, Aleksandar Stamboliyski Agrarian Union, National Movement for the Salvation of the Fatherland, Political Movement Social Democrats, the Left Look association, Bulgarian All-People's Union "Combat Friendship", and Unity National Movement.

Candidates can apply with the Central Election Commission (CEC) for registration for the June 9 European elections until May 7, and for registration for the June 9 parliamentary elections until April 29.
