The mountain hiking conditions are poor, the Mountain Rescue Service told BTA on Wednesday.
The weather in the mountains is foggy, with light winds in the higher parts. It is rainy (snowy above 1,700 metres). The temperatures are around 0C to 2C.
Weather conditions in the ski resorts are good, most facilities are operational.
