The Interior Ministry is providing 20 new online administrative services as of January 26, the Ministry said. This brings the Ministry's online services to 74. They help to reduce the administrative burden on individuals and businesses.

Users will be able to check the database for served or undelivered tickets and penalty decrees, and can pay them online at no extra charge.

People will also be able to declare online lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed identity documents.

Automated services ensure electronic information exchange between individuals, businesses and Interior Ministry structures, and meet the requirements of the Electronic Governance Act and EU standards.
