An earthquake measuring 3.6 points on the Richter Scale was registered today northeast of Dimitrovgrad, Haskovo region, Southeastern Bulgaria, seismologists from the National Institute of Geophysics, Geodesy and Geography of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences said.
