site.bta Caretaker Government Proposes Bulgaria Participate in Increase of Capital of IBRD, IFC

The Council of Ministers Wednesday adopted a decision proposing to the National Assembly to give consent to the participation of Bulgaria in the general and selective capital increases of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) and the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and authorized the Minister of Finance, after receiving the consent, to sign documents for subscription of shares, and the Minister of Justice to sign the necessary legal opinion for the IBRD.
