Tatiana Zhilova has been appointed as a legally qualified judge to the Court of First Instance - Central Division in Paris, the Bulgarian Patent Office said on Friday. The Unified Patent Court is expected to be operational from April 1, 2023. Zhilova is one of five judges selected to work at the Paris headquarters of the Court of First Instance.
