Addressing the opening session of the new Parliament, Democratic Bulgaria (DB) co-chairman Hristo Ivanov said that "Bulgaria cannot remain a North Korea on the Balkans in its imaginary neutrality. Bulgaria should be an active member of the unions and alliances it is a member of, safeguarding its own interests, because this is the sole guarantee for the country's security," Ivanov said.
