site.btaSnowfall Causes Traffic Problems in North Macedonia, Road to Deve Bair Border Crossing with Bulgaria Closed for Trucks

The truck traffic on the road Kriva Palanka - Border Crossing Checkpoint Deve Bair between Bulgaria and North Macedonia was restricted due to the heavy snowfall, said North Macedonia's  Public Enterprise for Maintenance and Protection of Main and Regional Roads at the country's Crisis Manegment Centre on Saturday evening. The bad weather also led to the restriction of truck traffic on North Macedonia's border crossings with Albania and other roads in the country.

In several places in the country there are breakdowns in the electricity distribution network, EVN Macedonia teams are working on the issue.
