The Drama Theatre "Dragomir Asenov" from Montana presented the play The Dinner Game in the big hall of the Cultural Centre in Tsaribrod (Serbian Dimitrovgrad, a town inhabited mainly by ethnic Bulgarians). The performance took place in the framework of the festival "Balkan Theatre Fest", reports the multimedia portal in Bulgarian and Serbian FAR.

The well-known comedy by French author Francis Veber, which was directed by Miloslav Miloslavov, delighted the audience in Tsaribrod, the publication noted.

The performance featured actors Tihomir Ivanov, Mila Topalova, Stefan Milkov, Ivan Borisov, Dimitrina Prodanova and Vasil Katsarsky.

Stefan Milkov recently became the new director of the Montana theatre. He is the winner of the Best Actor Award at the European Festival of Travelling Theatres in Slivnitsa and has received 13 awards for Best Male Actor at amateur festivals in Bulgaria.

"I am very excited to be here and to be with our friends and thank you for the invitation. Thank you for the warm welcome, for the amazing audience and on behalf of the whole team, a huge thank you for all the attitude and for coming here on this stage and feeling the spirit of real theatre as it should be," Stefan Milkov said.

The Balkan Theatre Fest festival continues on November 13, when the Zoran Radmilovic Theatre from Zajecar will be in town with the play Rusalka (Mermaid) directed by Vesna Stankovic.
