site.btaProtesters in Skopje Demand Higher Pensions in Front of Government Building
A national protest of pensioners in North Macedonia has blocked Skopje in several places. It started in front of the US Embassy and continued in front of the government building. Protesters want a pension rise of 5,000 Macedonian denars (MKD) - about EUR 80, and a minimum pension of MKD 18,000 (about EUR 290).
