The accomplishments from the two meetings of the Joint Multidisciplinary Commission of Experts on Historical and Educational Issues between Bulgaria and North Macedonia produced some positive assessment, the Commission deputy co-chair Assoc. Prof. Naoum Kaytchev told BTA on Friday. Commenting on the 20th assembly of the Commission in Skopje on September 14 and 15, Kaytchev said, however, that the forum failed to reach any substantive results.
