After previous indictments by Belgrade against four Croatian army pilots for allegedly being guilty of war crimes during Operation Storm in 1995, the lawyer of a group of the Serbian refugees who fled in the aftermath of the operation, Dusan Bratic, declared he was mulling to file criminal charges against Croatian admiral Davor Domazet-Loso, brigadier Ilija Maricic and general Pavao Miljavac.
