The National Assembly terminated the powers of BSP-United MP Left Stefan Burdzhev with 144 votes in favour, 49 votes against and 1 abstention.
Burdzhev resigned as a member of the 51st National Assembly himself. On Thursday, he was appointed by Prime Minister Rosen Zhelyazkov as Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food.
